These terms apply to MCP Socials, a self-hosted publishing tool operated by studioarjuna, Kanpur, India. By using it you agree to them.
What MCP Socials does
MCP Socials publishes content you choose to Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, YouTube channels and X accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, through each platform's official API.
Your responsibilities
- You only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the content you publish and for following each platform's rules, including the Meta Terms, Instagram Terms of Use, X Terms and YouTube Terms of Service.
- You do not use MCP Socials for spam, impersonation or anything unlawful.
No warranty
MCP Socials is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Platforms may change or limit their APIs at any time, which can stop features from working.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, studioarjuna is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of MCP Socials, including content published, removed or not published.
